On January 2, the first working day of the New Year, the New Year ceremony of the entire Chang Myung was held. All the Chang Myung Group's company members, CM E&C, CM Construction, and Chang Myung Architects, attended the ceremony. At the ceremony, Chairman Jeung Myung-Suk defined and proclaimed 2024 as the year of growth through change and innovation in Chang Myung. He said that all companies of Chang Myung should go beyond simply completing a project and work together without being afraid to innovate to create future environmental, social, cultural, and economic values inside and outside the company, and through this, we must rebuild the solid foundation for the future growth of Chang Myung.
Meanwhile, on December 29, the last working day of 2023, Chang Myung's ear-end ceremony was held. The ceremony was where all the employees attended and encouraged each other for their hard work throughout the year. At the ceremony, Chairman Jeung applauded all the employees for their hard work and emphasized the importance of communication within and outside the company for sustainable relationships. In addition, Kang Jong-Won, representative director of CM Construction, and Lee Bum-Hee, advisor of CM E&C, explained the necessity of new renewable energy and future business plans. At the same time, Jeung Dae-Hee, the planning manager, shared the newly defined corporate identity and vision and introduced the plan for 2024 to reorganize the communication system of the entire company under Chang Myung.
The year-end ceremony in 2023 and the new year ceremony in 2024 were a place to share, sympathize, and unite with all employees that Chang Myung, as a company amid economic and environmental anxiety, should not stick to the existing traditional methods and instead change and innovation are inevitable to keep up with future values and the world's trends.
