In July 2021, "Pum," a design plan created by Chang Myung Architects, was elected in the design contest for the Inje Regional Contribution New Deal Center and the Three-way Eoulim Bridge in Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam-do. The winning work of Chang Myung's creation shows the vitality of cities and buildings through the unified and continuous design of buildings and pedestrian bridges. In addition, by adequately arranging external spaces such as open yards, event yards, and rooftop gardens, it was highly praised for showing organic links between individual spaces as well as internal and external spaces.

The winning work, "Pum," means that many people gather to exchange opinions, and sound objects appear. Based on this concept, Chang Myung proposed a design plan for the elegant Inje Regional Contribution New Deal Center and the Three-way Eoulim Bridge, where universities, young people, and residents harmonize together.

The Inje Regional Contribution New Deal Center project is part of Gimhae city's New Deal project. The New Deal project is one of the major national projects carried out by the Moon Jae In government and aims to revitalize the local economy and urban regeneration. In 2018, Sambang-dong, Gimhae-si, was finally selected for the Urban Regeneration New Deal project, and Inje University based in Gimhae-si participated in the project to promote co-prosperity with Gimhae-si.
