Chang Myung published a book titled "Architecture Standard Details" on January 2 to mark the new year of 2023. Chang Myung is carrying out various design and construction projects such as general buildings, public buildings, and apartment houses (apartments). Accordingly, a book called Architecture Standard Details was published to prevent defects and minimize problems in improving design quality, accurate on-site construction, and maintenance. Chairman Jeung Myung-suk said, "We published a book to establish certain standards and actively respond to the construction environment by presenting design standards that take into account the characteristics of each building group in the design work carried out by each project."
To properly implement high-quality buildings, it is necessary to clearly present construction, functionality, economic feasibility, and aesthetic implementation from the design stage and systematically apply construction methods and materials. The material name, specifications, and construction method must meet safety and quality standards by following the specifications of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation's housing construction project.
The Chang Myung's standard detailed map of building construction was prepared with the general character of buildings in mind and is not uniformly applied to all facilities. When designing and constructing each project, it is recommended to check the quality performance of structures, finishes, waterproofing, and insulation and to check the latest laws such as fire protection, fire resistance, convenience facilities for people with disabilities, and fire standards.
In addition, Chang Myung said that by publishing the book, employees involved in the group's design and construction would use it as a reference book. Through reference books that become the standard for employees, the book's content can be applied according to the nature of the project to improve work efficiency and ensure the project's quality standards. It is hoped that the experiences and skills accumulated through this will serve as an excellent basis for the development and leap forward of the Chang Myung.
