In December 2021, the design proposal by Chang Myung Architects was elected in the architectural design contest for the construction of the building in Ibang-myeon, Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, which took place in October 2021. The existing 42-year-old Ibang-myeon office will be demolished, and a new Ibang-myeon office will be built.

The Ibang-myeon office building is a large-scale project in Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, which invested a total project cost of 4 billion won. The Ibang-myeon office building has a total floor area of 994.75㎡, a land area 2007㎡, and two stories above ground. The space of the Ibang-myeon office building is planned to consist of a book cafe-type civil service room, two conference rooms (conference room, small conference room), and an outdoor rest shelter.

Chang Myung's creation design proposal proposes transforming it into a place that revitalizes the lives of the residents and provides healing beyond the role of a simple community office. In addition, communication and connection were expressed by placing open spaces between the inside and outside of the building.
