In 1994, under the visionary leadership of Chairman Myung Suk Jeung, our inaugural architectural firm, 'Chang Myung,' took root in Gimhae. During its inception, Chang Myung consisted of just five individuals, including Chairman Myung Suk Jeung himself. Despite these humble beginnings, Chang Myung rapidly garnered recognition for its exceptional capabilities, achieving distinction through numerous awards and triumphs in public project competitions.
Over a span of 19 years, as Chang Myung engaged in diverse projects and experienced steady growth, the need for an enhanced work environment became evident. This realization prompted the establishment of our new headquarters, the 'Chang Myung Building,' and a strategic relocation. This pivotal move empowered Chang Myung to showcase its expertise and credibility even more effectively, as it undertook an expanded portfolio of large-scale design projects.
With nearly three decades of architectural experience under our belt, we recognized the paramount importance of effectively conveying our architectural philosophy. This insight gave birth to CM Construction, a testament to our commitment to articulate our vision. Simultaneously, in response to the global demand for sustainability, Chang Myung founded CM E&C, a dedicated entity focused on spearheading renewable energy initiatives.
Since the establishment of CM Construction and CM E&C, we have felt the imperative to redefine our corporate identity, aligning them with our vision. This spurred the initiation of a comprehensive rebranding endeavor, which culminated in the birth of the 'Innovators Collective.' This identity represents our collective creativity, encapsulating our new mission, vision, and values, and orchestrates our visual identity to reflect our unwavering commitment to innovation and sustainability.
